The New York City Department of Education mandates that all public school students in junior and senior high schools receive six HIV/AIDS lessons each year and that all kindergarten through sixth grade students receive five lessons. Love Heals can help you fulfill the mandate and deliver quality, age-appropriate and culturally sensitive HIV/AIDS education, prevention and awareness programming to students. We work with public and private schools, as well as community-based organizations throughout New York City and the surrounding area. And over the past 15 years, these partnerships have enabled Love Heals to reach more than 315,000 young people.

- The Love Heals Speakers Bureau uses a team approach to provide both the basic facts on HIV/AIDS and the unique perspective of someone living with HIV.
- LEAP for Girls seeks to train a new generation of community educators/activists in those areas of New York City that have felt the greatest impact from the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
- Ali Gertz: In Her Own Words is an innovative program consisting of a 14-minute educational documentary with lesson guide.
- Love Heals advocates for young people's right to HIV/AIDS education.
- We offer a helpful library just for educators that contains additional resources on HIV/AIDS education for young people.
